Introduction Welcome to Towbars.co.uk. Towbars.co.uk is a trading name of Towsure Products Limited. This website is operated by Towsure Products Limited, and any contract between the company and its customers will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices & VAT All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate of 20%. The prices and terms set out on this website are correct at the time of publishing. On the rare occasion where there is an error with product details or pricing, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed.

All products are subject to availability. Please note that circumstances beyond our control (including changes in rates of taxation, currency fluctuations, or inflationary cost increases) may cause price changes up or down.

Payment Payment can be made securely online using Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, or Klarna. Payment is debited at order acceptance.

If preferred, you may submit your order together with payment via Cheque or Postal Order. Please make these payable to ‘TOWSURE PRODUCTS LTD’, ensuring all details are correct with a valid banker's card number, expiry date, full name, address, and telephone number printed clearly on the reverse. Please allow 3 working days for cheque clearance. We advise customers not to send cash through the post, as Towsure Products Ltd will not be held responsible for any losses.

Payments Via Klarna When choosing Klarna as your payment method, we use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Product Specification Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications given on this website are correct at the time of publishing; however, technical data, dimensions, and weights serve as a guide only. Sometimes product specifications may change at the manufacturer level. In such instances, we will do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate, but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will conform in absolute detail with the description or illustrations published.

Availability & Substitutions We aim to hold all items in stock; however, should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays. If this does occur, an advice note will be attached along with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost to you.

Guarantee All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we will arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after the inspection of the item confirms a defect.

Towbar Fitting Charges & Responsibilities Please ensure that you select the correct towbar and wiring kit for your specific vehicle. Our technical team is always happy to assist if you are unsure before purchasing.

If an incorrect towbar or wiring kit is ordered and the error is discovered upon the arrival of our mobile fitters, a callout charge of £99 will apply. Furthermore, our fitters require a safe and suitable vehicle to work on. If the fitter arrives and the vehicle is deemed unfit for installation (for example, due to severe chassis rust, pre-existing electrical faults, or custom modifications that prevent standard fitting), the £99 callout fee will still apply.

Third-Party Installation If you choose to purchase a towbar for DIY installation or fitting by a third-party garage, please note that Towbars.co.uk is not liable for any damage caused to your vehicle during this process. We do not accept responsibility for any third-party labour costs or garage fees incurred due to delayed deliveries, missing parts, or incorrect items being ordered. We strongly advise that you do not book a fitting appointment with a third party until your order has been received and thoroughly checked.

The greenest method of recycling is re-using, which is why we often reuse boxes and packaging to deliver your goods. We know a brand-new, branded box looks nice when it arrives, but by recycling and re-using sturdy outer packaging, we are helping to care for the environment that we all enjoy.
