Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Timescales Our delivery timescales are based on standard working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

The daily cut-off for expedited and next-day services is 15:00. Orders placed after this time, or on a weekend, will be processed on the next working day. For example, an order placed on Saturday for "Next Working Day by 10:30" will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday morning.

When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email containing tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Zone A: UK Mainland Delivery Rates

All Zone A deliveries to your door require a signature upon receipt.

*Parcelshop restrictions: No two combined sides may measure over 120cm, and the maximum weight is 20kg.

Zone B: Surcharge Areas & Offshore

Due to courier zoning, the following rates apply to standard delivery for offshore and remote locations. Expedited services (Next Day, Saturday) are generally not available in these areas.

Important Exceptions

Heavy & Bulky Items Given the nature of our products, many towbars and large accessories fall into the heavy or bulky category. These items are transported via a specialised Bulky Item Courier Service, and varied shipping rates will apply at checkout.

Remote Warehouse Stock & Click & Collect Some items are held at a remote warehouse and are only available for Standard Delivery. In these instances, expedited delivery options will not be available to select at checkout. If you choose Click & Collect for a remote warehouse item, it may take up to a week to arrive at our Sheffield store for collection. Our store team will contact you as soon as your item is ready.

Missed Deliveries

If a courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, you will be left a calling card and the parcel will be held at your local depot pending your instructions.

If you do not instruct the courier to redeliver, or if the parcel is not collected from the depot within five days, it will be returned to the Towbars.co.uk Distribution Centre. Please note that additional charges may be incurred to arrange a redelivery after an item has been returned to us.

International & Export Delivery

Overseas shipping costs vary significantly depending on the destination country and the weight of the goods. Next-day delivery is not available for international orders. If you require shipping outside of the UK, please contact our team with details of the products you require, and we will provide a custom shipping quote.
