14-Day No Quibble Guarantee For your extra peace of mind, all purchases are covered by our 14-day exchange or money-back guarantee. If you change your mind for whatever reason, you may return the unused item(s) to us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or invoice.
  • Original outbound carriage charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Goods All goods should arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive any goods that appear to be faulty, damaged, or are missing from your delivery, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt.

  • We strongly advise customers to check that all items have been received in perfect condition and working order immediately upon delivery, even if they are not going to be fitted or used straight away.
  • While we do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we cannot accept responsibility for any additional expenses incurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.

How to Return an Item All returnable goods must be reported to our customer service team before sending. Goods returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

Once authorised, you can return your items via the following methods:

  • By Courier/Post: You may return items at your own expense. All goods must be clearly labelled, include full documentation detailing the reason for the return, and be sent to:

  • Collection Service: We offer a carrier collection service for £14.99 per parcel (up to a maximum of 30kg) from addresses in Mainland UK or the Isle of Wight. For collections from other locations, please contact us for a quote. (Note: Carriage charges are waived if goods are proven to have a manufacturing defect).

Towbar Mobile Fitting Callout Charges Please ensure that you select the correct towbar and wiring kit for your specific vehicle. If you are unsure, our technical team is always happy to assist before you place an order.

  • If an incorrect towbar or wiring kit is ordered and the error is discovered upon the arrival of our mobile fitters, a £99 callout charge will apply in addition to standard return costs.
